It is invigorating like a small espresso at an Italian bar. This liquor is characterized by a tangy-sweet flavour. This liquor is a highlight at parties if served with a dash of cream. It is perfect to flavour ice-cream and desserts.

Instructions
Put the herbal base into a big glass container and add two litres of alcohol (corn schnapps or vodka). Close the container tightly and put it in a warm place so that the mixture infuses. Stir up the mixture once or twice a week. After about five weeks the alcohol will have completely absorbed all the flavours of the herbal base. Then you can strain the mixture and fill it into decorative bottles.
